Premier Property Services is based in Ostuni, Puglia. We manage town and country holiday rental properties. We offer a bespooke service, looking after your holiday home here in Puglia, from seeing in guests through to full management.
Our services include providing professional tradesmen and women for house and pool maintenance. We have a team of reliable, experienced cleaners and gardeners available to keep your property sparkling and your gardens and terraces attractive. We care for your property as if it was our own, leaving you secure in the knowledge that your valuable investment is in safe hands.

We are here to look after your guests and property throughout the holiday season. We ensure all runs smoothly from your guests' arrival through to their departure.
We also offer winter key holding and property managment checks, closing down properties for the winter and opening them for the new season.

Renovating and upgrading your property
We cover all aspects of property renovations from air condition installations, new bathrooms and kitchens to full builds including extensions and alterations, and all hard landscaping including drives, patios, sun cover pergolas to hand built dry stone walls and fencing, we provide pool renovations including new liners.
Looking after your land and grounds
We have a team of groundsmen covering the maintenance of your gardens and land, providing services from keeping your garden and land looking pretty through to full land strimming and removal of invasive plants.
